WHAT WE COLLECT
Account details (name, email), order information (addresses, purchases), and device preferences such as your saved vibe and wishlist. We never see or store full card numbers — payments are handled by our payment provider.
HOW WE USE IT
To fulfil orders, run early-access programs like the Vault, and — only if you opt in — send drop alerts. We do not sell personal data, ever.
STORAGE & RETENTION
Data is stored with our cloud provider in encrypted form. Order records are kept for legal accounting periods; you can delete your account and associated data at any time from profile settings.
YOUR RIGHTS
Access, correction, export, and deletion. Email studio@elvo.world and we respond within 30 days.
