THE FINE PRINT
TERMS OF SERVICE
THE HOUSE
ELVO sells limited-run apparel. Placing an order forms a contract of sale subject to these terms and the policies linked here.
DROPS & SCARCITY
Drop windows close without notice when stock ends. We do not restock closed runs. Reserving a cart does not reserve stock — an order is confirmed only at payment.
THE VAULT
Early-access codes are single-account, non-transferable, and expire when the public window opens.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Don't scrape, resell bots, or misrepresent the brand. We may refuse service where fraud is suspected.
LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the piece concerned. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
