30-DAY WINDOW
Unworn pieces with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
NUMBERED PIECES
Vault and LIMITED numbered pieces are exchange-only: each number is unique to its owner. We'll exchange for size while stock of the edition remains.
HOW TO START
Sign in, open your orders, and choose return or exchange — or email studio@elvo.world with your order number. A prepaid label is issued for exchanges; return shipping is on you unless the piece arrived faulty.

Processed within 5 working days of the piece arriving back at the studio.
